Melon Balls with Mint Chiffonade
Purchase several melons. Using a melon baller,
make melon balls from the select portions of the melon flesh. Put remaining
flesh aside for a snack or to make sorbet or a refreshing slush with
pureed melon and seltzer water.
4 cups melon balls
¼ cup mint chiffonade
Combine melon and mint, allow to macerate for
several hours. Serve in crystal bowls garnished with a hint of mint.
