Lime Sherbet
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
6 ounces fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon lime zest
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups buttermilk
1 egg white
Dissolve gelatin according to package
directions. Mix together gelatin, juice, zest, sugar and buttermilk;
chill thoroughly. Beat egg white into soft peaks and fold into chilled
mixture. Place in prepared ice cream freezer and follow freezer directions.
