Goat Cheese/Honey/Walnut Crostini
12 walnut halves
8 ounces mild chevre, rolled into log
1 tablespoon honey
fresh fruit and berries
12 crostini
Toast walnut halves, slice cheese into 8 slices.
Arrange cheese slices on four small dessert plates; scatter nuts over
all and drizzle with honey. Garnish with fresh fruit and accompany with
crostini.
