Fresh Fruit Smoothie
2 cups ripe peach slices, partially frozen
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups skim milk, partially frozen
Berries and mint or garnish
Slice and peel peaches, put in freezer for
an hour. Pour 2 cups of milk in a container or ice cube try and place
in freezer for an hour. Place peaches, milk and sugar in the blender
and blend until smooth. Add extract and blend to combine. Pour into
slim tall glasses and garnish with berries and sprig of mint. Serve
with a straw or iced tea spoon.
