Cream Cheese Clouds with Fresh
Berries
8 ounces cream cheese
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
Combine sugar, cheese and vanilla, slowly beat
in cream. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper, form into cups and freeze
over night. Fill cups with fresh berries, pie filling.
