Chocolate Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoon cocoa
8 ounces semisweet or milk chocolate morsels
1 teaspoon real vanilla
In a small sauce pan, simmer heavy
cream, whisk in cocoa until smooth; remove from heat, add morsels and
let stand until melted. Whisk in vanilla and serve warm. May be refrigerated;
reheat over warm water, stirring often. Store in refrigerator for up
to several weeks.
