Chocolate Fudge Brownies
5 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
8 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Spray 9 inch square pan with nonstick cooking
spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt chocolates and butter over boiling water; stir in cocoa and whisk
until smooth. Set aside to cool.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in warm
chocolate mixture; stir in flour with wooden spoon just until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire
rack about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into 1 inch squares when
you are ready to serve.
