Maple Cranberry Syrup
1 (12 oz.) package fresh cranberries
1 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons water
Add water and berries to a medium saucepan
and bring to a rapid boil. When berries have popped add syrup and reduce
heat to simmer. Put a lid on the syrup and turn heat off. Fire up heat
just before serving. To serve, pour syrup in a pitcher and pass
