Sour Cream Biscuits
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup melted butter
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine
sour cream and heavy cream. Stir cream into dry ingredients. Gather
dough together and place on lightly floured surface and knead until
smooth, about 1 minute. Pat out to 1/2 inch thick and cut into 3 inch
biscuits; dip into melted butter, place 2 inches apart on baking sheet
at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes until lightly brown.
