Cheese and Onion Bread
1/2 cup onion, chopped and sautéed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 Bisquick
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoon melted butter

Sauté onion in oil; combine egg and milk; add Bisqick; add half of cheese and onion. Spread into 8-inch pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese; pour 2 T melted butter over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
