Cheese Muffins
3 cups self rising flour
3 sticks butter, melted
12 ounces sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup smoked cheese
1/4 cup peppered cheese

Combine all ingredients at once. Fill tiny muffin tins 3/4 full and bake in 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until they pass the tooth pick test.
