Calzones (30 minutes)
Saute 1 cup onion,
1 cup sliced mushrooms,
1 pound Italian sausage, ulk or links cut into slices.
Use 8 extra large refrigerated canned biscuits.
Roll biscuits to 4 inch rounds.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Top 4 with generous serving of meat mixture
Add 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese.
Spread filling to within 1/2 inch of edge, top with remaining biscuits. Press edges tightly together. Do not over fill. Bake at 400 degrees in pre-heated oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
