Beef Roll-Ups
1 grilled steak, (grilled on a previous day)
2 cups shredded lettuce
¼ cup daikon radish
4 large flour tortillias
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons guacamole
Slice steak into very thin slices and marinate
in fresh salsa.
Thinly slice 1 grilled steak, marinate in salsa for 20 minutes. Meanwhile,
shred lettuce, grate daikon radish or thinly slice 8 red radishes. Divide
steak and salsa among 4 large wrappers, add lettuce and radish, sour
cream and guacamole; roll tightly and serve.
